SANA 8 Weeks Challenge is a core program by SANA Studio to help everyone to embrace the value of health and happiness through fitness. ‘Change Takes Time’ is the mantra behind this challenge; there is no instant way to build a sustainable healthy habit and positive results.
We will provide guidance and become your support system that will help you create a healthy habit of movements, nutrition, and rest for 8 weeks so you can be a better and healthier version of yourself. We are excited to bring the challenge OFFLINE, meet you all in person, and be part of your journey.

- SANA 8 Weeks Challenge classes will be every Tuesday at 07:15 pm, Thursday at 06:30 am and Saturday at 06:30 am at SANA Studio Iskandarsyah.
- Briefing will be held on Saturday, 3 May 2025.
