RAISE delivers a full body and mind experience by combining vinyasa yoga with weight training.

Vinyasa yoga trains proper breathing with a dynamic flow of poses. Adding weight within the poses effectively activates and tone the muscles. This class enhance flexibility, improve balance, and build strength.

 

– Weights: 1kg each, or adjust according to your fitness level.

– Coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.

– Train the muscle with a sets of consecutive repetition.
